Redefining project videos

JE Dunn, a national commercial contractor, approached Vnzo AEC to showcase their impactful projects in Omaha, Nebraska – and highlight the meaningful contributions these projects have made to the local community.

While their stunning work spoke for itself, JE Dunn needed a strategy to focus not just on the physical structures but on the transformative impact these projects have had on the region's residents and businesses. Their goal was to create an engaging, community-driven narrative through video content that resonated with their audience and aligned with their mission.

Built around people

In partnership with JE Dunn, we set out to showcase not just their impressive projects, but the profound community impact behind them. Starting in March, we collaborated to shift their narrative from project-focused to people-focused, honing in on the stories that matter most.

By August, our team hit the road, traveling from Minneapolis to Omaha for a week-long shoot. We captured the scale and significance of ten standout projects and conducted heartfelt interviews with five key stakeholders and community members.

The result? A final video delivered in October that seamlessly blended JE Dunn’s architectural achievements with the human stories at their core—building more than structures, building connections.

The final video was the most engaging content JE Dunn has ever shared on LinkedIn, driving unparalleled attention and interaction. It successfully showcased their work as more than just construction—it positioned them as a company committed to building communities, not just buildings. Additional outcomes included:
