CLARIFY
Modern CRE understood that commercial real estate brokerage is ultimately a relationship business—but relationships often begin long before a conversation takes place.
The objective was to increase visibility among property owners, investors, and industrial businesses while creating a stronger platform for sharing expertise and building trust.
Through keyword research, content planning, and audience analysis, we identified opportunities to increase visibility through both search and educational content.
Rather than relying solely on traditional networking and outreach, the strategy focused on consistently creating value for the audience Modern CRE wanted to serve.

BUILD
With the strategy established, we rebuilt Modern CRE's digital foundation and content engine.
The website was migrated to a faster, more streamlined platform and restructured around search visibility and user experience. At the same time, we developed an ongoing content strategy focused on industrial real estate trends, site selection, development insights, and market expertise.
To complement written content, we launched I Make Things In, a branded video series hosted by founder David. The series highlighted innovative Minnesota manufacturers and industrial businesses through cinematic storytelling and behind-the-scenes interviews.
The content not only attracted viewers—it created meaningful conversations with the exact companies Modern CRE wanted to build relationships with.
