What we Did
CLARIFY
We worked closely with the Mohagen Hansen team to identify the markets where the firm was best positioned to grow – ultimately prioritizing healthcare, workplace, and industrial projects as key strategic focus areas.
Through market research, keyword analysis, and messaging development, we uncovered how prospective clients were searching for and evaluating architecture firms within those sectors. This allowed us to refine the firm’s positioning, clarify its expertise, and develop messaging designed to resonate with the types of clients and projects they wanted more of.
The result was a clearer, more intentional marketing direction built not just around showcasing projects – but around creating demand within specific markets.

BUILD
To bring that strategy to life, we produced three cinematic Project Story videos – one focused on each priority market: healthcare, workplace, and industrial.
Rather than simply documenting finished spaces, the videos were designed to communicate Mohagen Hansen’s thinking, process, and value within each sector – creating versatile content that could be utilized across the website, social media, proposals, presentations, and business development efforts.
We then redesigned and rebuilt the Mohagen Hansen website into a modern, differentiated digital experience that better reflected the caliber of the firm’s work, while also providing an intuitive CMS that allows their team to easily manage and expand content internally.

AMPLIFY
With the strategic foundation and new digital platform in place, we implemented SEO-forward service and market pages designed to increase visibility within the sectors Mohagen Hansen wanted to grow.
Rather than relying solely on referrals and existing relationships, the new site was structured to actively attract and capture demand from prospective clients searching for architecture partners within healthcare, workplace, and industrial markets.
